Commissions are for personal use only such as phone/tablet/desktop wallpaper. Printing for your own personal collection is allowed. Profile pictures/banner usage or reposting for social media is allowed but proper credit to me/my social media is required. (e.g. art by Krystarlia.)

Commercial usage such as reproduction/redistribution for profit of any kind (i.e. selling prints/merch of it etc) is NOT allowed unless discussed otherwise. If you intend to use the artwork commercially, you must state it clearly within your commission request by ticking the box for commercial use beforehand. Please email me for any commercial enquiries before requesting a commercial commission on the form. Extra fees will apply and vary for commercial usage.

I retain original copyright and ownership to the artwork itself. So I will be allowed to share the work on my social media/portfolio unless discussed otherwise (privacy fee may be required). I may reproduce/redistribute the artwork as prints etc (especially if the work is fan art) but this will only be done with full prior consent from the client.

Commissions may take around 2 weeks to 4 months to complete, depending on complexity of the artwork, place of slot/queue and my personal schedule. If you expect a deadline, please specify this in your request beforehand. A rush fee may apply depending on how soon the date of the deadline is. (+ 40% of base price)

You will be updated for each stage of the work in progress, but feel free to ask for updates if there hasn't been any for a while, just to check in. I will inform you of any unexpected delays from my end if any were to happen for whatever reason. Your patience and understanding would be much appreciated during the commission process.

I am allowed to decline any commission requests that may not be suitable for my current skills or style/aesthetics. Also if I believe I cannot successfully deliver your request well enough or on time.

Please make sure to provide adequate reference images (especially for OCs). Any additional design work will require extra charges. (I will NOT accept A.I generated images as reference material). If you have any specific ideas for poses, gesture or canvas size etc, please mention in the description section of the request. If none is provided, I am happy to use my own creative freedom for these few aspects (free of charge).

Changes to the commission are allowed to be requested during the sketch/rough stages. Any major changes after rendering will require additional fees. In the case that I miss an important asset or detail, please notify me and I will add/change them free of charge.

The final artwork will be sent as a high resolution digital (PNG) file. JPEG file can also be requested as a sized down image file. No physical product will be delivered.

Any commissioned artwork of any type from myself to the client must NOT be used for any blockchain related technology (e.g. NFTs, cryptocurrency) and any A.I tech (i.e. Artificial Intelligence, A.I image generation, machine learning/training) under any circumstances.

As stated before, you must confirm to be at least 18 years of age or older upon placing an order and payment. If you are under the age of 18, you must have full written parental/guardian consent and they must confirm to agree and have carefully read through the TOS.

Accepted payment methods are direct card payment (via Stripe) and PayPal. Payments will be processed securely through an automated invoice on my Artistree request form after a commission has been accepted. Please let me know in your request beforehand if PayPal is your chosen payment method as Stripe will be the default method.

Full upfront payment must be processed before I begin the commission. Please also note that upon payment of any commissions, there will be a very small mandatory platform fee for the client to pay via Artistree (fee not paid to me). This platform fee is also intended as a partial donation to Eden Reforestation to plant a tree. If there is a queue or waitlist, you won’t be charged until you are at least 2nd in the queue.

Full refunds are only provided if I have not started the commission or if I cannot complete the commission for any reason and is cancelled on my end. Partial refunds can be provided if the client needs to cancel and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. This will also depend on the extent of the commission’s completion.

No refunds or cancellations will be allowed once a commission is completed and approved.

Default canvas size is roughly around 2400px ~ 3500px at 300dpi. This can all vary based on pose/composition etc and client can also specify on canvas size beforehand.

More loose paint strokes and sketchier lines.

Shading is focused mainly on the face.

Includes default solid white/coloured background.

For personal use ONLY. Commercial use is prohibited for this commission type.

More detailed shading is done in most areas.

Includes coloured/gradient background.

Can include atmospheric elements and simple details such as lighting effects/textures.

Additional characters (+ 50% of base price).

Complex designs or details (accessories, armour, patterns etc). (+ 20%)

Detailed objects (weapons, instruments, small furnishings etc). (+ 20%)

Additional simple background details (plants, decorations, effects, patterns etc). (+ 20%)
